Term 2 Week 9

We are all looking forward to the holidays. Just in case you ever get bored here are some ideas for things to do - thank you Kenn Nesbitt (our favourite funny poet).
I don't know what to do today (please click on the link).

One of our writing activities this week involved some science observation. We had to describe / draw a banana. Then Mrs Bingham mixed up the bananas and descriptions and we had to match them up again. It was a great activity for getting us to notice details!

  1. mmm... your bananas look very nice but maybe next time you could make the words a bit bigger so others could read it but other than that i think that it was a very good post!

  2. Kia ora Room 1 from Mrs Morgan-French. Wow I never thought to write about bananas. You have opened my eyes to a whole range of ideas for writing. Thanks heaps. Reading your work has made me hungry for a banana - I wonder what details I will see in my banana...
