Welcome to 2015 in Room 1

What a fantastic start to the year! We spent the 4 days at school getting to know each other before enjoying a beautiful long weekend for Waitangi Day.

On Tuesday we planted some cabbage seeds in our class garden box. We are looking forward to making some coleslaw when they grow.

Here are some of the fabulous self-portraits we created on Wednesday:

Maia
Oliver

Jacob

  2. WOW Room 1! I love you self-portraits! You are all very clever! Did you all have fun planting your cabbage? I love coleslaw! Maybe Mrs Bingham will have to let me know when you are having some so I can come visit. I hope you all have a super year!

    1. Thank you for your lovely comments. We hope you come and visit us. It was fun planting our cabbages. The seeds were teeny weeny but they have already turned into little plants!

  3. Room 1 these portraits are fabulous. I can see the resemblance which shows you have taken care to look at the details, shape and features of your own face.

    Well done, very proud!
